QUETTA: Doctors of Balochistan have given 72 hours to the government to recover two kidnapped senior doctors, otherwise they would a boycott emergency services in all hospitals of the province.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday, President of Young Doctors Association (YDA) of Balochistan, Dr Kaleemullah, said doctors were not safe in hospitals, homes and even on roads in the province. Dr Wakeel Sherani and Dr Qadir Umrani of the association were also present on this occasion.

Dr Nabi Dad Bugti and Dr Fayyaz Lashkari were kidnapped from Ziarat Cross area of Balochistan last week by unknown armed men.

“We have no information about the condition and whereabouts of the two kidnapped senior doctors so far,” Dr Kaleemullah said.
