Two BD youths killed

DHAKA, Jan 16: Two Bangladeshi youths were killed by the Border Security Force of India at Ganakiya, a frontier subdistrict of Bangladesh, on Sunday.

The Indian border guards also took away the bodies of Kaysar, 18, and Haris Ali, 20, of Ganakiya village.

According to Bangladesh Rifles and the villagers, the BSF opened fire at a group of people who went to collect bamboo and cane in the Ganakiya forest, opposite to Koilashor of the Indian state of Tripura. Quoting the relatives of Kaysar and Haris at Koilashor, the villagers said they had found the bodies of the two youths at Koilashor hospital..
