PM visits flour distribution point in Kasur

KASUR: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid on Friday a surprise visit to a free flour distribution point at Mustafabad at Ferozepur Road to review arrangements there.

Representatives of the district administration, including the DC and DPO, reached the spot after learning about PM’s arrival who remained among the public for about 25 minutes.

The prime minister checked the quality and weight of the flour bags and talked to people. While distributing flour bags himself, he sought public opinion as to how the government could help them ease their lives.

Later, he asked the district administration to facilitate special persons and elderly people at flour points.

Adviser to the prime minister Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan, chief secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman, Lahore Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa also accompanied the PM.

Expressing his satisfaction over the arrangements, the PM applauded the food secretary, chief secretary and deputy commissioner.
