KARACHI: A second worship place of Ahmadiyya community in the city was allegedly vandalised on Thursday, according to police and a spokesman for the community.

In an alleged attack similar to that carried out in the Martin Quarters area on Jan 18, some 10-12 masked men attacked and damaged the minaret of the worship place in Saddar, a police officer who requested anonymity quoted the spokesman, Mr Mehmood, as claiming.

The spokesman told area the police that the incident took place at around 3:30pm. Some policemen were present there but could not control the attackers, he added.
