MITHI: Shahzada Sultan drove to triumph to clinch the Thar Flood Relief Jeep Rally as the three-day event culminated here on Sunday.

Sultan covered the 103-kilometres-long sandy track in an hour and 15 minutes, one minute ahead of second place Sheeraz Quraishi and two minutes ahead of third place Sheheryar Khan.

Bilal Chaudhry won the stock category after cruising to the finish line in an hour and 21 seconds followed by Aqeel Ahmed and Bawaz Dashti, respectively.

Maham Shiraz came out on top in the women’s category as she covered the required distance in an hour and 24 mintues to secure the trophy.

Meanwhile, Lala Rehman Pathan, Bhojo Bheel and Naserullah Sheedi won the contests of Malakhra.
