QUETTA: Like elsewhere across the country, solidarity rallies were staged in Quetta, Dera Murad Jamali, Dera Allah­yar, Usta Muhammad, Kalat, Khuzdar, Hub, Lora­lai and other towns of Balochistan for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chair­man and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari for pleading the case of India-held Kashmir by exposing the real face of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi before the world.

“Bilawal proved before world leaders the atrocities of Modi and role of his Hindu extremist party,” said PPP general secretary Rozi Khan Kakar while addressing marchers in front of Quetta Press Club on Sunday.

A large number of party supporters, including women and children, holding placards and banners inscribed with slogans against Modi staged the rally, which was led by provincial leaders of the PPP including Sanaullah Jattak, Syed Dawood Agha, Sakina Abdullah and Kalsoom Iftikhar.

They paid “tribute to Bilawal for pleading the Kashmir case with courage and exposing Modi’s dirty face before the entire world”. The leaders were of the opinion that the PPP leadership proved once again the party’s strong and effective advocacy for the cause of Pakistan and Kashmir at the global level.
