LAHORE: The seventh sitting of the ongoing 42nd session of the Punjab Assembly will be held here on Monday (today) afternoon.

Written questions of the members related to the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department will be taken up as Speaker Sibtain Khan will chair the session.

The government will introduce three bills – the Punjab Trusts (amend) Bill 2022; Punjab Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2022; and Muttahida Ulema Board Punjab Bill 2022 – while audit reports related to six departments for 2018-19 and 2019-20, including that of district health and education authorities, will also be laid before the house.

General discussion on the political situation and price hike in the province is also on the agenda for the day.The current session of the house had begun on Oct 24, 2022.
