QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo has said a safe and favourable environment for investment in the province has been created and the recent historic Reko Diq deal for foreign investment is a testament to this.

Mr Bizenjo said this during his meeting with German Consul General Dr Rudiger Lutz.

The chief minister said environment was conducive for investment in mines and mineral, fisheries, agriculture and tourism sectors.

The consul general said a delegation would visit Balo­chistan next month to explore and promote bilateral regional trade and review the industry, trade and investment opportunities in Balochistan.
