Infant burnt alive

OKARA, Dec 30: One-year-old son of a trader was burnt alive in a fire erupted in his house in Rehmatullah Town due to a short-circuit on Friday. Sheikh Arshad said the fire broke out due to a short-circuit in the kitchen and fire spread to the adjacent room where his son Mohsin was sleeping.

BODY FOUND: Okara Cantonment police found the body of an unidentified man, around 40 years of age, on the GT Road near Tabrook bus stop.

Police suspected that the man might have been killed in an accident.
