Senior PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said the party will stage a ‘peaceful protest’ countrywide at 5pm today.
In a tweet, he said the nation will not remain quiet in the wake of an armed attack on party chairman Imran Khan.
“The bullet that hit Imran is a heinous conspiracy to harm the honour of the nation,” he said, adding he would meet [party supporters and workers] at Lahore’s Liberty Chowk later in the day.
