KARACHI, Dec 28: Indian Veterans beat Pakistan Veterans by four wickets in the opening match of the four-match series played at Sira on Monday, according to a Pakistan Seniors Cricket Board press release on Tuesday. Former Indian Test player Atul Wassan played a key role in the home team’s success hitting 68 off only 46 balls with eleven fours and two sixes. Batting first Pakistan Veterans were 233 for four wickets in 40 overs.

The hosts reached the target in 37.1 overs for the loss of six wickets.
