LAHORE: The Punjab government on Wednesday changed three administrative secretaries.

The government transferred Punjab excise, taxation and narcotics control department secretary Saima Saeed and posted her as special education department secretary. The post of special education shall remain upgraded from BS-20 to BS-21 as personal to Ms Saeed.

Special education department secretary Muhammad Asif Bilal Lodhi was transferred and posted as excise, taxation and narcotics control department secretary.

Director-General (Archaeology) of Punjab Ahmad Aziz Tarar was transferred and posted as Punjab agriculture department secretary against a vacant post relieving Waqar Hussain special secretary (agriculture marketing) of an additional charge of the post.

The Punjab government also transferred 23 assistant commissioners to different tehsils in the province.
