WANA (South Waziristan), Dec 21: Three tribesmen were shot dead here on Wednesday. An eyewitness said that masked men opened fire on a barber’s shop in the main bazaar killing two men who were inside the shop and another, Ishaq Khan, who was standing outside.

Ishaq was the nephew of a tribal elder, Mirzalam Khan, who had been killed by unidentified men about two months ago. The attackers, whose names could not be ascertained, fled immediately.

Residents of the area said that a beheaded body was also recovered from a market in Wana on Wednesday morning. Local authorities buried the body without establishing its identity.
