KOHAT, Dec 19: A schoolboy was allegedly molested by his class fellow and a land revenue official, police said. The city police arrested both the accused, identified as Syed Karamt Ali Khan and Patwari Amjid Ali Khan, on the complaint of the victim and registered a case against them on Monday.

Sajid Nawaz, 16, a student of Government High School No. 1 and resident of Karak, told police that his class fellow took him for a walk on Sunday night. Later, he asked the boy to follow him to his friend’s house as he had an urgent message to deliver. When they reached the house he found a man was present there. Both the accused forcibly victimised him sexually.

Before the arrest of the accused the police took the victim to KDA medical complex where doctors confirmed that the boy had been assaulted.

The police had registered the case under section 12 Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordince, 1979, read with section 511, 384 PPC and handed over the accused to Kohat Bureau of Investigation.
