Tremors

QUETTA, Dec 11: An earthquake of mild intensity jolted coalmine towns of Mach, Abb-i-Gum and its surrounding areas in Bolan district, some 75 km south-east of here late on Sunday evening. People immediately rushed to open places for shelter. The jolts were felt for about 20 seconds.

Met office said the intensity of the earthquake was recorded 4.3 on the Richter scale.

The epicentre of the quake was located some 100 km northeast of Mach in Suleman Range of Chaman.
