KARACHI: The UK government is spending £90 million through the ‘Delivering Accelerated Family Planning in Pakistan (DAFPAK) programme to increase access to quality family planning information and services by those who would like to use it, particularly under-served groups such as rural women.

This was stated by Annabel Gerry, the development director at the British High Commission in Pakistan, while visiting a pharmacy, funded by the DAFPAK and supported by MMS, in Gulshan-i-Iqbal, says a press release received here on Thursday.

She said the DAFPAK was UK’s single largest programme, which was started in November 2017 and would continue till June 2024.
