GWADAR: Under a chief minister’s scheme, 300 laptops have been distributed among students at a ceremony held in the University of Gwadar.

The Balochistan Chief Secretary Mathar Niaz Rana was the chief guest on the occasion. The ceremony was attended by University of Gwadar Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir, General Officer Comma­nding 44 Special Security Division Maj Gen Inayat Hu­s­sain, retired Captain Jam­eel Ahmed Baloch, Gwadar Deputy Commis­sioner Brigadier Fahad Man­soor, officers of the armed forces, heads of different departments and faculty members.

The chief secretary congratulated the students on receiving laptops and said the Balochistan government strived to provide higher education and best facilities to the students of Baloch­istan. He said the first priority of all students should be to serve the country and the province.
