KARACHI, Nov 29: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) advanced to the semifinal of the All-Pakistan Gold Cup football despite playing a goalless draw against Sindh Government Press (SGP) at Bizenjo Stadium, Gwadar on Tuesday.

Bankers ended Pool ‘A’ league with five points while SGP topped the pool with seven.

In another match of the day, Gwadar Ports Authority (GPA) beat Pasni 2-0 with both goals coming in the first session.

Muhammad Asif scored the opener in the 12th minute and Javed Jahangir doubled the lead four minute from halftime.—APP
