KARACHI, Nov 28: The High Court of Sindh on Monday disposed of bail applications of PPP-P MNA Pir Aftab Shah Jilani and his brother Shafqat Jilani in murder case, as the court was told applicants were not nominated in the case.

The court earlier granted them interim pre-arrest bail in connection of murder case lodged in Mirpurkhas. When the matter was taken up before SHC’s single bench comprising Justice Ghulam Rabbani for confirmation of bail, the state counsel told the court that the applicants were not named as accused in the FIR and they were not wanted by the police.

After statement of state counsel, applicants’ counsel desired to withdraw the applications. The court granting the request disposed of the applications.
