Bahria College triumph

ISLAMABAD, Nov 24: Bahria College E-8, Islamabad on Thursday beat Cadet College Humak by 60-18 in the first match of the Federal Board Inter-collegiate boys basketball championship on Thursday.

Hasnain Hafeez and Usman Ghanni were major contributors with 25, 10 points each.

In cricket 502 Model College Rawalpindi defeated Cadet College Humak by 196 runs. 502 College batting first scored 245 runs. Yasir Mehmood, Faisal Mehmood and Ali Nasir were the mainrun getters with 96, 46 and 25 runs.

Cadet College Murree were shot out for 49 runs. Babar (29) was the only batsman to reach double figures.

FG College of Commerce for Boys H-8/4, Islamabad beat OPF College for Boys H-8/4 by fives runs in the second match.

Commerce College batting first made 49 runs but bowled out OPF College for Boys H-8/4, Islamabad for only 44.
