Cantt board seals five schools

TOBA TEK SINGH: The Shorkot Cantonment board (SCB) sealed on Tuesday five private schools functional in board limits.

SCB executive officer Mansoor Alam says schools have been sealed as part of implementation of the Supreme Court’s order, according to which, all private schools and colleges functioning in cantonments are supposed to shift their establishments out of residential areas before the 2021 end.

Principals of these schools have claimed that the SC order was only implemented in Shorkot Cantt while in other cantonments institutes were not sealed.
