RAWALPINDI, Nov 17: Pakistan army engineers and the Frontier Works Organisation have opened the Neelum Valley road. According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), relief operations will pick up pace in various areas of the valley before the onset of bitter winter.
In the absence of any road link to the affected areas, the relief and rescue operation in the Neelum Valley was continuing by helicopters.
