QUETTA, Nov 17: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Kelash Nath Kohli has issued notices to the Advocate General of Balochistan and district administration of Qila Abdullah on a petition filed by a mother seeking recovery of her kidnapped son.

The petitioner, Sultan Bibi, has submitted that her son Noor Muhammad was kidnapped on August 27, 2005, from Kharotabad and that the kidnappers were demanding ransom for his release.

The court issued notices to the AG, district coordination officer and district police officer Qila Abdullah. The next hearing is fixed for Nov 21.
