KARACHI: The Board of Directors of Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDC) approved the resignation of Shahid Salim Khan as managing director/CEO, a regulatory filing said on Thursday.
Mr Khan will relinquish the charge on Oct 20.
Syed Khalid Siraj Subhani, a director of the company, will assume the duties of the office of CEO on an acting-charge basis on the same day, it added.
