Sindh has reported 590 coronavirus cases and six deaths during the last 24 hours, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office.
During this period, 18,323 samples were tested. The total number of cases has risen to 463,838 and the death toll is 7,520.
The statement added that 21,257 people were currently under treatment across the province.
