Pakistan-Russia exercise ends

RAWALPINDI: The closing ceremony of Exercise Druzhba-VI was held at Molkino Training Area, Krasnodar, Russia. The ceremony was attended by senior officials from Russia and Pakistan.

The two-week long exercise (from Sept 28 to Oct 9) was aimed at learning from mutual experience in the counterterrorism domain with a view to learning and adopting best practices, said an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) media release received here.

The special forces of Russia and Pakistan practised various drills involved in joint counter terrorism operations.
