KARACHI: Some areas of the city received light rain on Friday evening making the weather pleasant.
The Met department said Orangi Town received maximum amount of rainfall (4.5millimetres) followed by Surjani Town (2mm), PAF Base Masroor (2mm), while traces of rain recorded in Jinnah Terminal, University Road, Gulshan-i-Hadeed and Keamari.
On Thursday, the city received 70mm, or 2.7 inches, of rain in Surjani Town.
