KARACHI, Nov 7: Justice Gulzar Ahmed of the Sindh High Court withdrew bailable warrants issued against MD PSO Jalees Ahmed and Divisional Manager Irfan Ashraf accepting apology rendered by their counsel.

The two persons were required to appear before the bench on Oct 27.

The court also dispensed the attendance of the contemnors until a case of contempt is prima facie established.

The contempt application was moved by plaintiff Mansoor Rafi who owns a service station on main Tariq Road now under litigation.—APP
