Sindh has reported 22 new deaths from the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, and 1,165 new cases.
The province's death toll has risen to 6,834, while the tally of infections stands at 430,433, according to a statement from the Chief Minister's Office.
In the 24-hour period, 255 people recovered from the disease, while 15,112 tests were conducted.
