Oman will allow anyone holding a Covid-19 vaccine certificate to travel to the country from September 1, the country’s civil aviation authority has announced, according to Reuters.

The authority said it had dropped a list of countries from which arrivals were banned due to the pandemic.

Covid-19 infections are decreasing in Oman, with 187 reported per day on average over the past week, according to the Reuters Covid tracker. There have been 300,728 in all, and 4,013 coronavirus-related deaths.
