LAHORE, Nov 2: The Lahore Race Club (LRC) has decided to announce declarations of riders, two-hours before the first race on the day of racing suspending the present practice of declaration two-days before the race-day. A decision to this effect has been taken by the LRC stewards at a meeting. Syed Parvaiz Shah recalled that it was an old practice that the declaration of riders will be made two-hours before the first race on the day of racing.
