Islamabad has reported 561 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours — the highest number of cases since April 22 with 617 cases.

The region also reported two coronavirus-related fatalities over the past 24 hours. The total number of infections has now increased to 92,233 while the death toll from the disease now stands at 824.

Meanwhile, Azad Jammu and Kashmir reported 448 cases and four deaths. The total number of cases has increased to 28,347 while the death toll is 658.

Gilgit-Baltistan reported 102 cases and three deaths, taking the caseload to 9,043 and the death toll to 161.
