Khyber clash leaves one dead

KHYBER: A young man was killed and three others received injuries when rival groups traded fire in Landi Kotal here on Monday.

Police said the groups also used axes and batons after an exchange of hot words over a domestic issue in Ashraf Khel area.

They said the clash left four persons injured, who were taken to a Peshawar hospital with one of them in critical condition.

The critically injured person identified as Nisar succumbed to injuries later.

The police have arrested at least four persons from both the sides.
