PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Tuesday transferred Commissioner Peshawar division Amjad Ali Khan and posted him as principal secretary to chief minister.

A notification issued by the establishment department said that Amjad Ali Khan, a BS-20 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service serving as commissioner Peshawar division, had been transferred and posted as principal secretary to the KP chief minister.

Masood Younas, special secretary of CM Secretariat, has been relieved of additional charge of principal secretary.

The notification said that Peshawar deputy commissioner Khalid Mehmood had been authorised to hold additional charge of the post of commissioner Peshawar division till further orders.
