HYDERABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf youth wing has alleged that the Sindh government is reluctant to issue no-objection certificate for the establishment of a federal university in Hyderabad.
Speaking at a news conference at the local press club, Osama Khan Yousufzai, Nazeer Khan, Asif Shah and others said the Pakistan Peoples Party-led Sindh government was hindering execution of the project. They said PTI’s federal government had started work on several development projects across the country, including Sindh, to provide relief to people without any discrimination.
They also criticised Bahria Town Karachi’s act of illegally taking over villagers’ lands, and alleged that under the patronage of the Sindh government, Malik Riaz had occupied villagers’ lands next to the Bahria Town project site.
