Sindh has reported 1,293 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, marking the second consecutive day of over 1,200 infections, and 24 additional fatalities.
The provincial tally of cases has risen to 313,059 while the total number of deaths stands at 4,966.
In the same time period, 1,273 people recovered from the virus while 22,043 Covid-19 tests were conducted, according to an update from the Chief Minister House.
