Seven restaurants and a school have been sealed while a first information report (FIR) has been registered against six people for violating coronavirus SOPs in Karachi's District South, the deputy commissioner's office said in a statement.

Civil Lines assistant commissioner sealed a school in Clifton as well as four restaurants in Tauheed Commercial and Gizri areas.

Meanwhile, Lyari assistant commissioner sealed three restaurants in the Mauripur area for violating SOPs by allowing dine-in.
