KHUZDAR: Two brothers were gunned down in the Baghbana area of Khuzdar district on Saturday.

Levies Force officials said Lal Mohammad and Noor Mohammad were passing through the Baghbana area when two men on a motorbike opened fire on them.

The victims, who were residents of the Mola area of Khuzdar district, died on the spot.

However, a child accompanying them remained unhurt.

Levies Force personnel took the bodies to the district hospital, Khuzdar, and started investigation. The motive behind the killings was not known so far.

Meanwhile, two teenage brothers drowned in Wara Canal on Saturday.

Later, the bodies of Mohammad Irfan and Mohammad Muzammil were recovered and taken to the Karkh area of Khuzdar.
