FAISALABAD: Unidentified people gunned down a man and his son near Central Jail on Monday.
Reports said Anayat along with his son, Ansar, went to the Central Jail to provide some Eid-related items to a prisoner identified as Asif.
When they were on their way back home, some people opened fire killing both of them on the spot.
The assailants managed to escape from the spot.
Police have launched an investigation into the case.
