KE service

Published April 28, 2021

THIS is with reference to the letter ‘KE bills’ (April 15). K-Electric regrets the inconvenience caused to the customer, and takes it, like any other complaint, as useful customer feedback. While duplicate bills can be easily accessed through the official website, a link with direct access to every consumer’s bill is also included in the SMS sent to registered customers. Customers with a smart-phone can directly download the bill onto their phones through this method. Also, the KE Live App is a complete self-service solution on the go with a simple one-time registration process. Doing so gives one immediate access to several facilities, including downloading a duplicate bill right onto one’s phone.

THIS is with reference to my letter ‘KE bills’ (April 15). It was amazing to receive a response from KE. I was pleasantly surprised, and thought of expressing my gratitude through the same columns that had carried my complaint.
