Sindh has reported 1,084 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 280,355.
Moreover, the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office confirmed the deaths of 19 more patients due to the virus.
The death toll now stands at 4,624.
