Water shortage

Published April 11, 2021

I WOULD like to draw the attention of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) towards the lingering water shortage in Old Golimar’s Moladad Village. The problem has persisted for the last 12 years. There is enough water supply in areas close by, but for some strange reason, there is not enough water to supply to the residents of Moladad Village, which is a thickly populated area. Despite complaints and requests over the years, the KWSB authorities have made no move to look into the matter, or to even repair the leaking pipeline.

I request the KWSB and the Sindh government to take necessary action and ensure regular supply of water to our area.
