Two arrested

SUKKUR, Oct 14: The Sukkur police arrested two members of a banned extremist group, Harkat-e-Jihad-e-Islami, on Friday from the Rohri bypass and recovered huge quantity of arms and ammunition from their possession. They were identified as Abdul Hameed Chang and Mohammad Ismail. Sukkur DPO Aftab Halepoto told Dawn that the activists confessed during investigation that they had been involved in terrorist activities. —Correspondent
