LAHORE, Oct 14: The following were Friday’s upcountry commodity market rates in rupees. Foodgrains (per 40 kg): Wheat 430; Jowar 400 to 500; Maize 250 to 400; Bajra 600; Barley 500.

Sugar: White 1040; Shakkar 1800 to 2200 Gur Fine 1280 to 1650.

Oil And Oilseeds (per 40 kg): Mustard Oil 2050; Cottonseed Oil 1945; Coconut Oil 3000; Linseed Oil 2280; Cooking Oil 1925 to 2000.

Pulses (per 40 kg): Masoor Whole 1300 to 1650; Masoor Dal 1400 to 1500; Grams White 1450 to 1500; Grams Black 800 to 825; Grams Dal 900 to 920; Maash Whole 1450 to 1600; Dal Maash Washed 1700 to 1900; Dal Maash Unwashed 1500 to 1700; Moong Whole 1250 to 1300; Dal Moong Washed 1425 to 1450; Dal Moong Unwashed 1350 to 1550.

Spices (per 40 kg): Cardamom Small 10000 to 24000; Cardamom Large 7900 to 10000; Clove 10000; Black Pepper 4300; Cumminseed Black 8000 to 12000; Cumminseed White 35050; Chillies Dandicut 1400; Turmeric Pak 1400; Turmeric Grinded 1700; Coriander 1700 to 2000.—APP
