KOHAT: Three women were killed and two children seriously injured when a man opened fire at a marriage party in Damalak area of Lachi tehsil on Sunday night.
The police said family of Alam Khan was taking the bride to her new home when one Zeeshan opened indiscriminate fire.
The police said Nazma Bibi and Majeeda Bibi died on the spot, while Ajmeena Bibi expired in the KDA Teaching Hospital.
The condition of injured Ansa 12, and Tanzeela, 10, who were also shifted to the KDA hospital, was stated to be out of danger.
The police said the accused had been arrested.
