ISLAMABAD, Oct 13: The director-general of the Pakistan Meteorological Department, speaking to a private TV channel here, said Muzaffarabad would now be upgraded to high intensity seismic activity zone. Earlier, it was placed on low to medium seismic activity zone.—Online
