KARACHI: The government announced National Saving Scheme (NSS) rates on Wednesday with a slight change in profits.

The Defence Savings profit rate is up by 27 basis points to 9.51 per cent while Special Savings up by 60 bps to 8.40pc.

However, all other rates were kept unchanged. Behbood, Pension and Shuhda profits rates were 11.28pc, regular certificates at 9pc and savings account at 5.50pc.
