COULD we have an online referendum on some critical questions, like: Is the bar in Pakistan so intoxicated with power that it considers itself above the law? Will the bench continue to appease and indulge the bar? Is the judiciary a judge in its own cause?
Interestingly, no real condemnation of the lawyers’ recent antics in Islamabad came to light from the members of the legal community.
