Anti-polio drive from today

QUETTA, Jan 21: The three-day anti-polio vaccination campaign will be launch on Tuesday in five districts of the province with the collaboration of World Health Organization, Unicef and International Rotary Club, Balochistan Health Minister Agha Abdul Zahir said on Monday.

Speaking at a press conference, he said around 778,000 children of up to five years age would be administered vaccine in Quetta, Qila Abdullah, Pishin, Nasirabad and Lasbela.

He said that 1,610 teams, comprising one man and one woman, have been formed in the province for the campaign.
