BUNER: Four people were killed and three others injured when a pickup van they were travelling in fell into a deep ravine in Gokand valley here on Thursday.

Local people, police and rescue workers reached the spot soon after the accident and retrieved the dead and the injured from the ravine.

The victims were identified as Khayal Gul, Bahramand and Said Zareen, while one Waseem expired on way to Peshawar hospital. The locals said that the victims were going to attend a jirga to resolve a dispute over a road in the area.
